We're so excited to introduce our new RMT, Helen Holubec!⁠ ⁠ Helen has recently moved to Vancouver from Toronto with over 13 years of experience in rehabilitation and wellness settings, with a variety of high performance teams and in private practice. Most recently she worked with Canada Women’s Soccer, supporting them through several World Cups and the 2016 Olympics in Rio. She is grateful for her career start with the Toronto Argonauts, her work with Rugby Canada, University Sport, and her clients in private practice. ⁠ After completing her foundational education in Kinesiology and Athletic Therapy at York University, Helen volunteered at a children’s hospital in Nepal where she was moved by the strength and resilience of her clients. ⁠ ⁠ As an avid lifelong learner, Helen became a Registered Massage Therapist to broaden her treatment skill set. and approaches her own health through meditation, exercise and connecting to nature.
