Dr. Sarah Schreiner – Vancouver
Chiropractor
Dr. Sarah Schreiner grew up in Toronto, Ontario where she played every sport she could fit into her schedule, and eventually focused on basketball. She completed her Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology at Queen’s University in Kingston, Ontario then took a 7-year detour into the world of commercial insurance, which led to her move to the west coast. A small life-decision and a few short years later, she graduated Summa Cum Laude from the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon with dual degrees in Doctorate of Chiropractic and Masters of Science in Sports Medicine. Returning to her athletic and healthcare roots allowed her to focus on the health and well-being of others, while maintaining her team mentality, problem-solving, and biomechanical thought processes that she obtained through sports
At the Workshop Clinic in Vancouver, BC, her treatment approach is evidence-based and individually tailored. She is a strong believer in developing strong connections with her patients to optimize their treatment and rehabilitation. Dr. Sarah is also a certified provider of Active Release Technique (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability (DNS), Neurodynamic Solutions (NDS) and Functional Range Conditioning (Mobility Specialist – FRC-ms). She is experienced with a variety of taping procedures, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and shockwave therapy.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Sarah can be found cycling, running, hiking, paddleboarding, playing volleyball or basketball, watching any and every sport on TV, or planning her next trip.
