Max completed his BSc in Kinesiology at UFV, before going on to do his Masters in Kinesiology at UBC. His approach as a Strength and Conditioning Coach/ Kinesiologist is movement-based rehab and injury prevention, using an evidence-based approach. Max believes a well-designed strength training program combined with movement, tailored to an individual’s needs, is the key to living pain-free.
Max’s experiences include 5 years working with the Vancouver Whitecaps as a Strength and Conditioning Coach. He has also spent time working with clients from a variety of sports and backgrounds, from youth to professional and weekend warriors.
He looks forward to helping his clients achieve their goals whether it’s returning from injury, living pain free, or living a healthy lifestyle.
