Melissa Tancredi
Chiropractor
Having represented Canada on the world stage and played professional soccer for over 12 years, Dr. Tancredi is well aware of the physical demands of being active and understands what it takes to compete at the highest level and stay healthy and perform at your best. This is why Dr. Tancredi specialises in Chiropractic treatments for athletes of every level, from professional athletes, to active individuals who are looking for that competitive edge through preventative and rehabilitative care.

Selenia Iacchelli
Physiotherapist
Having been a professional Soccer player and representing Canada, Selenia is well aware of the physical demands of being active. After sustaining many injuries herself throughout her career she understands what it takes to return from injury to stay healthy. Through a combination of manual therapy techniques and progressive exercises, she focuses on the correction of muscle imbalance and movement patterns in order to restore proper biomechanics for both acute and chronic musculoskeletal injuries.

Taylor McAdam
Massage Therapist (RMT)
Taylor graduated from a 3000 hour program at the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2012 and practiced in Victoria for two years before working seasonally at a fishing lodge in Haida Gwaii and at a heliski lodge in Northern BC. She has treated a variety of conditions including chronic pain, postural imbalances, back tension, headaches, repetitive strain injuries, stress and anxiety, pregnancy, pain caused by muscular imbalances or joint dysfunction, MVA, and sports-related injuries.

Max Stanton
Kinesiologist & RMT
Max completed his BSc in Kinesiology at UFV, before going on to do his Masters in Kinesiology at UBC. His approach as a Strength and Conditioning Coach/ Kinesiologist is movement-based rehab and injury prevention, using an evidence-based approach. Max believes a well-designed strength training program combined with movement, tailored to an individual’s needs, is the key to living pain-free.

Caitlin Bevers
Massage Therapist (RMT)
Shortly after graduating high school, Caitlin followed her dream of moving to Vancouver and pursued her dream career of helping people improve their health and unlock their bodies ‘ full potential. She enjoys working with individuals to help them exceed their goals to help their bodies become functionally fantastic. In the fall of 2019, she graduated from the 2800 hour RMT program at Vancouver Career College where she became experienced with athletic and sports injuries, high-risk pregnancies, addiction recoveries, and with the HIV/AIDS community.

Erika McKaeff
Massage Therapist (RMT)
Erika made the best decision of her life when she quit an unfulfilling job in the finance field and began training in massage therapy, a career she is truly passionate about. In 2012 she graduated from the 3000 hour program at West Coast College of Massage Therapy and has since had a very successful practice. She has successfully treated various conditions such as acute/chronic pain, stress/anxiety relief & management, repetitive strain injuries, motor vehicle injuries, pre & post-surgery care & sports injuries.

Lisa Lethbridge
Strength & Conditioning Coach, Pre-Post Natal Specialist
Lisa provides both in-person and remote coaching services and works with anyone looking to gain functional strength – for sport or for life – whether that be hiking, biking, running, or just keeping up with the kids. Lisa also has her pre/post natal certification and loves helping moms start and continue moving through their pregnancy journey and beyond. Her skills include breath work, strength training for athletes, support through rehabbing diastasis recti, and stress urinary incontinence with exercise.
Sarah Pedley
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Sarah is passionate about blending strength training and endurance athletics together for health, longevity, and injury prevention. She works with clients to inspire long-term physical ability and continued health.
Nick Taylor
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Nick specializes in the periodization of strength and conditioning programmes and sport specific training methods for any athlete in preparation for upcoming races, competitions or events. Strength development and injury prevention have always been at the forefront of his coaching concepts. Having worked with students through to professional athletes, Nick has found that an integral aspect of coaching is to inspire values and commitment towards positive training spaces and development.
Dominic Melanson
Kinesiologist
Dominic is a highly trained and experienced kinesiologist and certified strength and conditioning specialist with significant experience working with athletes, general population, and individuals with physically demanding professions. In addition to thousands of contact hours with athletes and countless sessions with clinical or general population clients, Dominic has also been a guest speaker for university classes and led workshops for special interest groups.
Caron Adderley
Strength & Conditioning Coach
Caron has extensive experience with coaching women at all stages of their lives and has primarily focused on helping women thrive through peri-post menopause. She loves seeing the physical transformations that her clients experience through fitness and loves the impact that fitness will have on the rest of their lives.
Dr. Sarah Schreiner
Chiropractor
Dr. Schreiner is a strong believer in developing strong connections with her patients to optimize their treatment and rehabilitation. Dr. Sarah is also a certified provider of Active Release Technique (ART), Dynamic Neuromuscular Stability (DNS), Neurodynamic Solutions (NDS) and Functional Range Conditioning (Mobility Specialist – FRC-ms). She is experienced with a variety of taping procedures, instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization (IASTM), and shockwave therapy.
Nikaiya Tremblay
Massage Therapist (RMT)
Nikaiya completed her Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in April 2022. Throughout her time at Langara, she gained experience treating a diverse range of conditions, including sports injuries, pregnancy, central nervous system conditions and geriatric care. As a massage therapist, she loves working collaboratively with patients to help them achieve their goals and find relief. Her approach is based on co-creation and consent, providing a supportive, empowering environment where people can feel comfortable exploring what their bodies are capable of.
