Our Personal training programs, Strength & Conditioning Programs and Sport specific programs offer members a myriad of opportunities to stay motivated, work out effectively and see results. At the Workshop we also offer small group training sessions where our trainers use a variety of dynamic and innovative fitness methods to make the classes tailored to our clients specific needs.
