Erin Reid

Strength & Conditioning Coach

After receiving her Bachelors of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia, Erin went on to pursue a career in Strength and Conditioning. During her time at UBC, Erin competed in the varsity athletic program as a sprinter for the Track and Field team, and as a catcher for the Women’s Softball team. After sustaining her own injuries through sport, Erin felt inspired to give back to the athletic community by focusing her career on an avenue that could help prevent future injuries and physical setbacks. Her goal as a coach is to influence as many athletes’ lives as she can, by promoting overall health and athletic performance through her coaching. 

During her time in the coaching industry, Erin has had the opportunity to work with athletes across all ages, in both individual and group settings. As an athlete and active individual herself, Erin understands the value of incorporating training into your lifestyle to meet the demands of your sport as well as activities of daily living. Regardless of your training background, Erin works to provide comprehensive programs based off of scientific principles that best suit each individual given their need.
