Dr. Abby Dixon
Chiropractor
Dr. Dixon grew up in North Vancouver BC where she enjoyed played high level soccer and basketball. After ultimately siding with basketball, Dr. Dixon moved to Kingston, Ontario where she played Varsity Basketball at Queen’s University and graduated with a BSc Honours in Kinesiology. As a high-level athlete her whole life, Dr. Dixon understands the demands of sport and the importance of injury rehabilitation and preventative care. She is passionate about treating athletes and active people of all ages and abilities.

Helen Holubec
Massage Therapist (RMT) and Athletic Therapist
Helen has recently moved to Vancouver from Toronto with over 13 years experience working in rehabilitation and wellness settings, with a variety of high performance teams and in private practice. Most recently she worked with Canada Women’s Soccer, supporting them through several World Cups and the 2016 Olympics in Rio. She is grateful for her career start with the Toronto Argonauts, her work with Rugby Canada, University Sport, and her clients in private practice.

Nick Taylor
Strength and Conditioning Coach
Nick specializes in the periodization of strength and conditioning programmes and sport specific training methods for any athlete in preparation for upcoming races, competitions or events. Strength development and injury prevention have always been at the forefront of his coaching concepts. Having worked with students through to professional athletes, Nick has found that an integral aspect of coaching is to inspire values and commitment towards positive training spaces and development.

Louisa Scarlett
Physiotherapist
As a physiotherapist, Louisa utilizes dry needling, manual therapy, shockwave therapy, and soft tissue techniques to help clients feel, move, and perform better. She strongly believes in the importance of movement as medicine. You can expect her to compassionately work with you to find the best exercise prescription and progression to help you heal and achieve wellness.

Vika Gorodetsky
Physiotherapist
Vika has a passion for treating patients with Concussion and Vestibular symptoms. With her specialized training in this area she applies a comprehensive approach to identify personalized concussion profiles, and provide customized rehabilitative programs.

Lisa Lethbridge
Strength & Conditioning Coach, Pre-Post Natal Specialist
Lisa provides both in-person and remote coaching services and works with anyone looking to gain functional strength – for sport or for life – whether that be hiking, biking, running, or just keeping up with the kids. Lisa also has her pre/post natal certification and loves helping moms start and continue moving through their pregnancy journey and beyond. Her skills include breath work, strength training for athletes, support through rehabbing diastasis recti, and stress urinary incontinence with exercise.

Caron has extensive experience with coaching women at all stages of their lives and has primarily focused on helping women thrive through peri-post menopause. She loves seeing the physical transformations that her clients experience through fitness and loves the impact that fitness will have on the rest of their lives.
Cindy Huang
Acupuncturist
Cindy believes the combination of acupuncture and other treatment modalities to help her patients to achieve their ultimate health and wellness goals. While Cindy is trained in treating variety of disorders, her areas of interest are in pain management, muscular-skeletal disorders, women's health, infertility, skin disorder and mental health.

Sarah is passionate about blending strength training and endurance athletics together for health, longevity, and injury prevention. She works with clients to inspire long-term physical ability and continued health.
Dr. Rochelle Harder
Naturopath
Dr. Rochelle has a passion for the possible and believes every person deserves to thrive. Saskatchewan-born, Dr. Rochelle grew up in the prairie city of Saskatoon and completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at the University of Saskatchewan. She then received her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine degree from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine in New Westminster, BC. Dr. Rochelle integrates traditional naturopathic medicine with modern medical knowledge to provide the best care for her patients.
Chris Wong
Kinesiologist
Chris graduated from the University of Limerick in Ireland with his Masters of Science in Physiotherapy. With a strong interest in learning and treating various musculoskeletal conditions, particularly with the knee and shoulder, he provides an evidence-based approach to rehabilitation. Chris will work with you to create an individualized plan that is both enjoyable and engaging.
