Youth Group Running Program/Strength & Conditioning

Our youth strength & conditioning training program is designed to help young athletes increase their sporting performance through the development of transferable skills learned in the gym. Focusing on the development of sport-specific skills, our goal is to get your child faster, stronger, and more explosive. We strive to create a safe, and fun training environment for youth ages 12 through 17, with the aim of improving performance and mitigating injuries.
